What’s on offer?
- Free registration: Experience the EANM’24 over 4 enriching congress days, either on October 19-22, 2024, or on October 20-23, 2024. Consult the Preliminary Programme for your scheduling preferences.
- Free accommodation: The EANM will be booking a hotel room and will be covering your accommodation costs for 3 nights, including breakfast.
- Meet the nuclear medicine community: Dive into the latest nuclear medicine advancements, discover the newest industry advancements, and expand your professional network!
Who can apply?
- Age: Be 38 or younger at the time of your application. Applications from applicants over 39 will not be considered. Please note that a copy of your passport or ID showing your date of birth will be required.
- Interest: Display a keen interest or active engagement in nuclear medicine, regardless of your current role or academic path.
- Origin: There are no geographical limitation or citizenship requirements. Any young student or professional interested or specialised in nuclear medicine is strongly invited to apply.
- Selection: The selection will be conducted through a raffle system (no first come-first served policy).
- Commitment to diversity: We will carefully review the outcomes of our randomised selection to ensure a broad representation of attendees. Considerations will include academic background, gender, and nationality. This approach is designed to enrich the variety of perspectives and encourage a dynamic and insightful exchange among participants.
What you will need to do:
- Apply: Don’t miss out — submit your application to be part of the Next-Gen programme!
- Cover additional expenses: The EANM will not be covering any further costs besides the free registration and the hotel (breakfast will be offered).
- Organise your trip to Hamburg: Each selectee will have to organise and cover the costs of their trip on their own or through external funding opportunities. However, our team will be available to assist you with your visa application should you need a visa to travel to Germany.
- Make sure you can make it to Hamburg: If you are unable to attend, please notify the EANM Office immediately so that your hotel room can be allocated to another participant.
Important dates:
- Opening: The application portal launches on April 9, 2024.
- Application deadline: Submit your application by May 17, 2024, 23:59 CEST. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Confirmation: Await the good news! You will be informed of your acceptance by May 29, 2024. If you are not selected, you will still be able to register as a regular participant.
- Get your transportation tickets: Book your journey to Hamburg once your participation is confirmed!
