e-Poster Area
All submitted e-Posters will be accessible in the e-Poster Area onsite (for all participants) and online (for participants with a full scientific badge) from October 19, 2024, onwards. The access will remain open until December 23, 2024.
e-Poster Upload
All authors of accepted abstracts for a digital e-Poster or an e-Poster presentation will receive the upload link and guidelines on August 19.
Possibility to Amend the Author Block
Please be advised that after June 3, 2024, no additional modifications or corrections can be applied to the submitted author block. If there is a need to change the presenter, kindly reach out to the EANM Office at abstracts@eanm.org for assistance.
Publication of Accepted Abstracts / Embargo Policy
All accepted abstracts will be published as submitted in the September edition of Springer’s European Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (EJNMMI) on September 27, 2024 (open access until November 7, 2024). After October 23, 12:00 noon (CEST), further publications regarding the abstracts/presentations can be made.
Withdrawal of Abstracts
If you want to withdraw an abstract already submitted, please notify us via email by July 1, 2024, at abstracts@eanm.org. Please make sure to state the title and control number of the abstract you want to withdraw.
Withdrawals after that date will still be accepted, but please note that abstracts may still be included in the publications.
