Hotel Accommodation

General Information 

ENITED, our official housing agency, has secured a selection of hotel rooms in central locations with easy access to Hamburg’s public transportation system. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is highly recommended to ensure the best selection.

Room rates are quoted in Euro (€) per room and per night, and include breakfast, local VAT, and the City Tax.

A ‘Best Price Policy’ is applied for all rooms reserved through this congress allotment. Should you find a lower rate in with the same terms and conditions than the EANM’s on any other hotel’s official website, we will do our best to match that lower rate for you.

Booking Procedure

To book your hotel room for the event, please use the EANM’24 Hotel Reservation Platform, or do so via myEANM-Area. Room reservations must be made exclusively online using the link provided for that purpose.

During the process, you will be required to enter your full credit card details (card type, cardholder name, card number, expiry date, and CVC code). The total amount of your stay will be automatically charged to your credit card. An invoice as well as a booking confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when making the reservation.

Please note that reservations are limited to one room per transaction. Complete guest details must be completed for each booking. After completing one reservation, you may start a new booking for additional rooms.

Reservations for 6 or more rooms are considered a group booking and need to be requested to EDITED at eanm24@enited.eu.

Liability

Should any technical reasons beyond the control of the organisers make any change necessary, the EANM will not be held responsible.

Additionally, the EANM is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage to property, regardless of the cause. While the providers of transportation and other services retain their own liability, participants choose to engage in any tours or trips at their own risk.

Please note that only written agreements are considered legally binding. The sole congress venue is Hamburg. By completing your registration, you authorise the organiser to process all the information provided in the registration form for managing the congress and for necessary communications with related service providers. Since the EANM Executive Office is based in Vienna, all matters will be governed by Austrian law, and any legal proceedings will take place in Vienna.

Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If your chosen dates and/or the room type you are looking for are not available online, please contact ENITED at eanm24@enited.eu. They will do their best to meet your needs.

Cancellation of Room Reservation 

» Individual bookings

Please note: in the event of a room cancellation after the April 9, 2024 deadline, ENITED Business Events and the hotel will try to re-sell the cancelled room to avoid charges. If this cannot be done, you will be charged 100% of the reserved stay.

» Group bookings/allotments

Reservations by the same person for 6 rooms or more are considered as group reservations and will be managed by ENITED. A separate contract with the corresponding conditions for cancellation and reduction will be issued.

No-Show

Should you fail to arrive (‘no-show’) at any hotel listed for the EANM Annual Congress, you will be subject to a penalty fee equivalent to 100% of the total cost of your reserved stay.
